我覺得床墊很舒服，但膠囊倉拉門可以更滑順一些，通氣性也可以設計得更好些，另外因為倉頂有些縫隙空間，會有些微光線滲入，因此習慣全暗的睡眠環境者，可能比較不適合，另外，隔音無法好，因有縫隙，因此可能會被鈴聲/打鼾聲吵醒。

The doors on the "sleepbox" are spring loaded with only a chain lock to keep them closed. I had to pile my belongings against the door to try and keep it shut and keep it from banging at night. Horrible design. Cheap and flimsy. Also the box is not contained, so I could see the lights of the person below me under and next to my mattress. Half of the switches did nothing (i.e. fan switch/AC switch). It looks high tech in the photos but is cheap poor quality in reality. The bathrooms were mostly clean, but there was hair everywhere. Any and all extras in this hostel are charged (e.g. safe, locker, towel, etc.) I would never stay here again.

Mosquito Room
It’s close to the Ximen station (within 10min walking distance) and the Taipei main station (around 15min walking distance). Location was good with several convenient shop nearby. Reception staff was nice. But the private room condition is just fair. There were many mosquitos in the room! We killed at least 3 but still could saw 4 staying on the wall and ceiling! We asked for room cleaning and I expected to remove the hair in the bathroom at least but no! Only the rubbish bin was cleared...

Convenient for MRT and buses within 100M to 300M distance. Local food and convenience stores within 50M, Hotel common area is clean by lady cleaner daily including clearing common rubbish. Will recommend the hotel to friends.

Stayed at 8 female dorm. Very noisy at night as no rules. Shared toilet is very smelly. Room and toilet also have mosquito. Booked 2 nights but the receptionist only activated my card for a night. End up I cannot go into the room at basement and need to request from the receptionist again.

Meh. It was a one night layover so I wasn’t expecting much. The beds were clean and comfortable. However walls are thin, it’s noisey and the bathrooms were appalling. There were long dark hairs everywhere, two of the toilets had a massive poo in them and hadn’t been flushed and there was a girl vomiting when I was in there.

Did we book sth else?!
Paid in advance for what we booked (a superior double room with private bathroom), got a 'Yes' for our request (a room with no staircase to climb), and in the end we got, on the first night, a staff promising the room we want on following nights and in turn offered a terribly small single room in which we could hardly squeeze pass each other; on second and third nights, a room downstairs with upper deck bed of which we had no choice but CLIMB up and down in the middle of night in order to get to the shower room to pee in the waterhole, because we did NOT have a private toilet nor did we want to leave the room. HOW could you charge us the money for not what you could give?! And HOW could you not check the room vacancy before you rent it out?! What a scam!

This hostel was atrocious! I went back to check into my room only to find that the key didn't work. The girl at the front desk explained to me that they changed the locks earlier that evening. I asked her why I wasn't informed of this upon check in or via email after it occurred. She explained it was because the hotel doesn't have a 24 hour reception... How are the two related? If she wasn't there I would have been locked out of my room with no way to get a key! The receptionist's attitude was far from apologetic and downright rude. Furthermore, this highlights a security flaw in that anyone can enter the premises after midnight without a key :o In order to rectify the situation her solution was to refund my money and book me into another hotel. I was sent away in a taxi with a small piece of paper written in Mandarin. Needless to say I never found the place and was out on the street in the middle of the night. If you want to be locked out of your room and potentially be resigned to sleeping on a couch in an unsecured common area then this is the establishment for you!

Capcell bed was so shabby and shower was not warm.
Capcell bed creaks and a lot of mosquitos. My locker was occupied by someone's staff. Shower was not warm. The Hotel was clean and quiet, but facilities are so poor.

There was a water supply cut off from 9am - 6pm on the 3 nights i was there. Brought about a lot of inconvience. But good location (near to Ximen station) for this pricing. There was a lot of hair near the stairs area. Wished it was cleaner though...

Great location surrounded by convenient shopping.
During my stay of 8 nights, I had to go through 3 changes of capsules. The first one given to me had a failed lock mechanism, so I couldn't lock my capsule when I am away. The second one given to me came with a faulty TV (I paid more for a capsule with TV). Finally the last one given to me was good, except that the housekeeping could have been a bit more thorough.

Cheap hostel near subway stations
Cons: The capsule bed is not very comfortable as it is inconvenient to get in or out through the narrow capsule door. Though the mattress is thin, the bedsheet is even smaller and could not cover the whole mattress properly. There is no blanket and only a thin piece of cloth which looks like bedsheet is provided. A separate card for power switch is needed and it would give out loud peep sound if you slot it incorrectly or slot it without switching on the lights. The locker is very small and not even a cabin luggage could fit in. Slippers are not provided. Wifi is unstable in the room. There was no counter staff around when I wanted to check out in the morning. I had to leave the room card at the counter in the end. Pros: The location of the hostel is quite good as it is about 10-15 mins walk to 3 nearby subway stations. The hostel is cheap and good for only one or two nights stay with little baggage. Hair dryers are provided and there are toilets and bathrooms inside the dorm room. Free toothbrush, toothpaste and towel are provided.

Originally booked a bunk bed room thinking it would be small but enough for two people...the room didn't even have enough room to have our luggage pushed into the room. Complained and got an upgraded room which strangely has a shower and sink in the room. There was hair and stains on the sheets, no toiletries provided, no garbage bin, no house keeping. The washroom smelled and only 3 out of the 8 stalls were available for use but the entire day no toilet paper was refilled...so bring your own paper to the washroom. I would not stay again.

Very convenient and friendly establishment!
A great establishment in a great area. Situated between two MRT/subway stations (NTU Hospital, Ximen), and around a 10-minute walk to the hustle-and-bustle of Ximending. There's two 7-Eleven stores within a stone's throw, and is located near several bus stops that can take you pretty much everywhere! (From TPE airport, take the 1819 to Taipei Main Station, and change for a local bus that stops directly opposite the hostel.) The property was modern and well-maintained, however cleanliness of the floors of the rooms were slightly off as the floor was littered with dust, hair and other little bits. Staff were friendly and helpful, but may have slight issues with their command of English. Overall, we were happy with our stay and would most definitely return!

It is definitely worth a try!
A quick, fuss-free fix for any last min changes in ur trip. Nice, comfy n restful stay. Seriously, it felt like time has frozen in the capsule - rejuvenating sleep! The crew were very very very friendly n helpful too. Specially mentioned - Yin, Harry and Jimmy! Lotsa makan around - Smith n Hsu tea salon with one of the best scones is just right across the street. Not to forget the TW eateries too. If u forget to get TW Sim card at the airport, u can get it at the reception counter too. Will be back to stay again, for sure!

Nice hostel with excellent location
I love this hostel not only the staff are so friendly, the room very clean, the main reason is I really love the location, this hostel is located in between Taipei main station and Ximending, right next to 228 memorial park, I can easily walk to both Taipei Station and Xiamending but both Taipei Main Station & Xiamen MRT stations are too busy for me and need a long walk to get away the station, but the most nearest station to Sleepbox is NTU hospital, I really love walk through the 228 park from NTU hospital MRT to the quiet area where Sleepbox is located, but we can easily walk to the main entertainment area within few minutes too. Overall I have excellent stay here especially thanks to hotel Manager Leo.

Everything was clean but towels and wash cloths were by request only and had a fee. Maybe that is normal for a capsule hotel, but I'm not sure because it was my first time. The capsules were cool though.

Good value of money
Conveniently located just 5mins walk from Ximen station, Sleepbox seems a bit understaffed but the staff are helpful when they are needed. I stayed in the capsule for 2 nights. As expected, space room is limited but I can always spend my time at the shared sitting room which is reminiscent of uni life. Can't expect no more for a night costing only 20 bucks.

西門の繁華街は駅を挟んで逆側だが、繁華街へは徒歩圏内。安宿にしてはそこそこ清潔・便利でコストパフォーマンスは良い。ただしランドリが有料・台数少などファシリティ面が今一歩
