"Rug was grubby looking, this was the only place where we did not want to walk around barefoot and used slippers in the room. Really didn't like the fabric toilet seat cover. Onsen was small. Checkout at 9 am too early!"

"If you decide to stay at Sansuiso, you have made the right decision. This is a beautiful onsen, with a variety of different type of waters, pools on the edge of the river. We stayed in the Japanese room which is always spacious and comfortable. Do yourself a favour and do the half board (or dinner) it will be one of the best meals you may have ever eaten. The staff is so friendly and helpful. "

The owner of the hotel and brother are not sitting back and supervising their staffs, but are contributing their parts to take care of the guests directly. "Incredible experience at Suzukiya Ryokan! Staff is incredible! They speak some English and you can communicate perfectly fine with all of them. They are so incredibly kind and welcoming!
