"The staff communicated in excellent English in our email conversations, the check in process consisted of an email telling me the lock box code for the key box, and the building and room looked exactly as pictured. The room was clean, well kept, and comfortable. The small one burner kitchenette would be nice for travelers looking to save a yen or two on food, but the area around the station has a great variety of great places to eat, a supermarket, and even a KFC and McD’s (with a Mister Donut...

"First of all, I think the property listing on Expedia should be removed. It was an hour + cab ride from the airport (100 uds), even the cab driver said he had never been to that part of osaka. Then, 3 flights of stairs with luggage, no elevator, impossible to figure out the key to get in, chef from the restaurant next door had to contact them and get it figured out, in japanese, of course. The Royal Park Canvas - Osaka Kitahama

10/10 Excellent

"One of the cleanest and nicest hotels I been in Japan and it’s been my second time, the staff were really patient and helpful with my check in and when I was there, not to mention they had free skin care too? Also what I liked about the hotel was that they had events happening throughout the month and I was lucky enough to be in a week where there was loads of events happening! Highly recommended for anyone wishing to stay in Osaka. I shall be back!"
