We accidentally went to the wrong location and the welcoming team at the hotel kindly directed us the the right hotel and called the right hotel in advance to let them know we had arrived and was due there shortly. It's very well connected with buses and metro lines - the shinkansen also stops at Ueno so it's a good location. Plenty of food options around and uber eats delivery. We will definitely come back again."
