Amazing location and super clean rooms. Staff are very friendly and helpful. One particular staff helped me call our next hotel to confirm if luggage could be shipped earlier and assisted with the entire process! Would definitely stay here again!

Walkable distance to Ueno park and shopping district. Helpful staffs with a clean room. Very convenient location to head to Narita airport. Keisei Ueno station offers express trains that go directly to the airport. I would stay there again.

This is my fourth time in Tokyo and first time staying in Ueno. Tosei Hotel Cocone Ueno Okachimachi was at a very good location, close to the JR line which made travel with 3 younger children just that bit more easy. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. The only drawback was the washing/drying machines that always seemed to be busy, but you can check on their status through the website. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable. We will stay again.

Love this hotel! The position is great, easy to access the subway and JR line and go to everywhere in Tokyo. And a lot of restaurants and shopping places in walking distances. The hotel room is well facilitated and pretty clean and neat, although it’s small. The staffs are nice and helpful. Will choose this hotel once we go to Tokyo again.
