"We loved our stay! Excellent location, near heaps of restaurants, massage places, bars and shops. Hotel is beautiful, modern, with a comfortable room and bed, with automatic blackout blinds and awesome views of the city. Well known for its outstanding onsen and spa facilities - need to book in advance even if a guest. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub, steam room and sauna facilities next to the gym. Highly recommend!"

"Beautiful hotel with friendly staff. We booked the connecting rooms, since there were 4 of us. The rooms are very spacious with a small balcony to look out. I enjoying the tropical surroundings. Waking up to the different birds singing, was very relaxing. If you needed assistance, staff was very willing to help, reaching out consistently. The front desk, housekeeping, and shuttle driver were all very pleasant and polite. We used the shuttle to get to the BTS link, exploring all around Bangkok. It was our first time internationally and in Thailand, I really enjoyed the culture and exploring daily. Loved trying the different fruit/ food, riding the ferry and using the BTS links to get around like the locals. Overall experience was great, can’t wait to be able to go again!"

"The staff was amazing. The lroperty is well designed and clean. The one issue was water leakage. I was on the 29th floor and my room had water leaking from the wall. My friends room, down the hall, had water leaking from the AC vent. To their defense, we were hit with a major wind and rain storm while there, which damaged the rooftop pool area. I think the water leak may have been caused by the storm. Staff was quick to respond and clean uo the water. Didn't have any othe rissues. Breakfast was fantastic. The area is close to 2 shopping malls, walking distance. That was convenient because i found some great food and some clothing. The local street shops have a lot to offer at very low prices as well. There is also a 7-11 in front of the hotel, on the road, so that was super convenient. Nice staff in 7-11 as well. "

"A delightful stay and staff at reception and in restaurant exceeded my expectation. The Chef went out of his way to make me excellent vegetarian breakfast. Ohm and DeeDee provided top-shelf service. "
