The accommodation is lovely, and what a great spot for access to the beach, pub and coastal drives.

The accommodation is lovely, and what a great spot for access to the beach, pub and coastal drives. The secure, walled garden was ideal for our dog to sniff and do his business. Android TV's in each bedroom was a bonus too. We would recommend and return.

Home from home

We could not fault this property. It was beautiful and spotless and had everything we needed. Great location to explore Barmouth, lovely walks, beach and train station at the end of the road.

Owners a nightmare

The property and location were ideal - the problem I had was that the owner who lives in the attached property came into the cottage whenever she felt like it - my Son came down the stairs on Sunday morning to find her standing in the living room - keys also were taken from internal doors whilst we were out and I was without hot water for 3 days - when approached she did become aggressive. VRBO web site states that children welcome and pets welcome however children are not welcome and only one pet allowed (1 pet allowed is written in the small print at the bottom of the page) - as soon as we were made aware of this we made arrangements for my Son, his Partner and their baby along with two excess dogs to move into a Caravan - owner was quite aggressive at times which left me feeling unsafe in the property
