“The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly. There are many shops and amenities around this hotel. The hotel is still new. The problem I have encountered in this hotel were room Aircon was noisy when I turned to high volume. The other problem was when I tried to call the housekeeping nobody answered my call. Even I called the operator also nobody pick up my call. Lastly when I called the reception. Also nobody pick up my call. So I am not sure whether are they having shortage of……

“地點一流good ”

“Good accommodation experience, nearby night market and supermarket. Transport is not well good, only 3 bus route pass thru, but no one can go to Larkin Sentral for long distance bus connection. That’s not good enough. Hotel and front desk service is satisfactory. Breakfast is delicious. Housekeeping service is efficient and fast to give help and delivery product to us. ”

“Many facilities are damaged”

“Pool: Poor condition! Unit: Very clean. Location: Perfect, lotsa eateries and mini marts. Check in process: Need improvement between housekeeping & management. Despite advising our check in time and confirmation that we were able to check in at 3pm, our keys arw not available as unit still under housekeeping status. Keys collected close to 5pm. We could have done so much things in that 2hrs waiting!”

“one of the lift is very very slow and breakdown on the second day. only left with one lift very in-convenient.”

“很早就被清洁工嘈醒問清洁狀况！”

“What you see on Hotels.com is what you get. 👍 Apartment is clean and well taken care of, ac is 👍 too. Amenities provided are of hotel quality and view is fantastic. Plus there are mahjong tables, 1 auto and the other is a normal table. There are 2 en-suite rooms, 1 common bathroom n a small toilet/shower in the utility area. Not forgetting the convenience 👍”

“Expedia response is not accurate. When message property they do not response. No proactive action of them informing on the check in procedure. Only when I whatapps using the contact number stated in Expedia, that number is for Penang. Only then they direct me to their Johor number. The unit I stayed in, toilet stinks, probably due to drainage issues.”

“Location was good! No telephone in the room to communicate No water at all No cattle to boil water I think no clean system till check out”

“the building is very new, entry to the floors required a pass. It’s easy to get a cab from here as there’s a drop off point right in front. The listing is just a room by itself - the toilet had a slight wet smell but not something serious. Floor was a little dusty but doesn’t affect as well. Our concerns were only that the listing next to ours (They separated 1 unit into 2 listings) we could hear them quite loudly. Other than that, it’s a 3-4 min walk to KSL, so it’s quite convenient. Theres……

“地點較偏僻，週遭環境衛生欠佳！飯店重新整理過乾淨舒服，冷氣遙控器在很高的地方無法控制 吊扇、廁所排風扇噪音大，最好更新，服務人員非常友善加分許多！ 附簡單早餐，CP值高 ”
