Nice area for family getaway

This condo from the online pictures meet our expectations of the layout and accommodations . Two out of three of the beds needs to be replaced. Would work for children, uncomfortable for adults. Refrigerator handle missing.

My Birthday Weekend

There aren’t enough words to describe the amazing accommodations and pet friendly community. The view of the mangrove from the balcony was perfectly relaxing. I will definitely be renting again!

Nice stay but needs some new furniture

We did enjoy our stay very much. The couch and chair are quite worn and too soft to comfortably sit on. The mattresses were also a bit soft for all of us. Aside from that everything else was great!

Good layout not super entertaining area unless you want to drive to St. Pete/Tampa or Sarasota

This rental was great for our family. 3 Bedroom and 3 bathrooms worked out perfect for the 3 married couples each having their own space and privacy. The town home/condo needed a few upgrades/fixes but overall what needed to be fixed was not detrimental to our stay. (Ex. Great large fridge but missing a fridge handle). This property is advertised as having a beach with different activities to rent out. Bahia Beach is tiny and crowded because it was so small and the rentals were not available due to Covid(understandable). We did drive to St. Pete, Treasure Island and Clearwater to go to the beach and that was about 45-60 min drive. The property manager was very unresponsive when I tried to contact her before and during the trip. And we had problems getting the code for check in due to the no responses. Thankfully she finally was able to answer after multiple and various types of attempts. Overall good stay we enjoyed the layout of rental and scenery of Little Harbor but would recommend staying closer to bigger towns if you plan on doing most activities in other towns.

Nice condo

Condo was nice , 3 bedroom and 3baths.. was farther away from things than we anticipated, private beach was to far to walk and had a warning about the water, unsafe bacteria levels. Check in was delayed 2 hrs because wasn't cleaned yet. Owners did give us small refund for delay but we planned our arrival time based on the check in time we were told.

Great place to stay. Comfortable. The only thing I could add is that the unit was lacking just a few amenities. Not enough toilet paper, no dish soap, coffee filters, one extra garbage bag, etc. Other than that it was wonderful!
