Overpriced for what it was

Almost all of the blinds were broken. The back door handle was broken off. There was a musty odor that seemed like it had been covered up with a cleaner smell. The faucet had a steady stream of water flowing out of it. The soap dispenser in the bath room had just been filled with water. The towels were very worn. The property management company
