Discovering Ynor Coty 20 yrs later

Excellent location - walk to dining and other spots. Superb Accommodations!!Parked in city lot in rear of bldg which was reasonably priced considering convenience to apt.Enjoyed the balcony w/some cafecito Definitely a redo.

Ybor experience

I have visited Ybor in the past and though how nice it would be to stay on the strip. I have finally been able to experience relaxing and have fun in Ybor with out having to pay for parking or jumping in the car to get to place. This is definitely worth the visit. I’d love to stay here again.

The room was great. Very nice, stylish and clean. Nice balcony in front. Bars and restaurants very close. Comfy bed, big fridge and nice bathroom. They also have a laundry room in the building and laundry soap was in our room to use. The downside...a long flight of stairs to get to the room. GREAT PLACE!

No parking. They left a parking pass but it’s not valid because it’s not connected to our plates. Got a couple of tickets. No place to park on a weekend. Very noisy. Bars close at 3 am. Be prepared for motor revving motorcycles and screams until 3:30 am. And there is an out door concert event connected to the building. You can hear the whole show from the comfort of your bed. Bonus. Caught a young lady urinating in the doorway when I went to check on my car.

Pros: 1. The unit was clean, comfortable, and cute (nicely decorated) 2. The hosts were very responsive and quickly resolved some minor issues 3. The unit is in the heart of Ybor. Great location if you like a vibrant scene. Challenges: 1. Dedicated parking is too far away. Best to pay the $12 daily parking fee for the city lot behind the unit. 2. The noise can be alot, especially on weekends. Not over bearing if you understand Ybor Noteworthy: 1. No elevator to second floor. Be mindful of taking heavy luggage. Lots of stairs. Overall, I'd book here again.
