As you enter this air-conditioned riverfront beauty, you will discover a spacious open floor plan with soothing water views that was clearly created for large gatherings and entertaining. The generous living area boasts wood-like floors and comfortable sofas where you can spread out comfortably as you plan your next adventures. The east-facing spacious kitchen has all the essentials to prepare exquisite homemade meals, including stainless steel appliances, plenty of cabinet space, and new granite countertops. Delight yourself with impressive river views while brewing your coffee or preparing breakfast for the crew. The vast main suite features French doors leading out to the backyard with breathtaking river views and an en suite bathroom. Additional perks include a washer/dryer, free WiFi, and streaming services.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

No internet, oven, or effective support

The internet connection was out for the entire 10 day duration of my rental. Despite daily calls about this nothing was done to fix it during my stay. Other serious problems included that the oven was unusable due to the main door having fallen off and been taped shut. The yard was covered with trash which I had to collect and remove. A door handle and a rack in the bathroom were both broken on arrival, just pushed into position so that they broke on first use. The roof/siding had gaping holes including some around a light with loose wiring dangling. The whole house was dirty with dead lizards within the window screens.
