*DO NOT RENT**
**OWNER TOOK OUR MONEY THEN GHOSTED US!** I emailed owner five days prior to our stay for check in process, no response. On day of arrival, I called number and was told it was not the correct number. Ended up dealing with VRBO for several hours, who stated the unit was not available, ruined our day.

Exceptional Stay
Location was excellent. We came to Tampa for a concert at Raymond James. Dave was the perfect host, communication up front and regularly including videos for check-in. Condo was like new. Plenty of room for the two couples we had. Luxury. Easy walk or Uber to venue. 5 Stars all the way. If we head back to Tampa this will be our first consideration for place to stay!

Great for a sports weekend
I stayed here with my wife and two sons, as we were in town for Yankee spring training. Apartment was clean and spacious with a nice balcony, 20 minute walk to Steinbrenner Field and 15 minute walk to Raymond James Stadium. Check in was a little complicated but owner was very accessible and walked me through it.

This was a wonderful place to stay. Very close to the airport and in a great area full of shopping and restaurants. We would definitely recommend this property!

Great Tampa Weekend Escape
Apartment was clean and gave everyone space . Two bathrooms was very helpful to get everyone ready on time for college tours. Owner provided many videos to help check in process and pool location. Location was very close to University of Tampa , Armature Works and the mall with Rocos Tacos. We were all very happy with no our stay.

Great family weekend getaway!
The condo was extremely clean and just as described. It’s in a great location for getting around town or a quick drive to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay. The owners were super helpful and checked in on us several times to make sure everything was going well. Highly recommend.

Visit Tampa to go to a football game and a place that we got at everything plus things to do around
The place was what the host had said for young couples and older Elevators to get wherever you need it to go like to pool gym and a couple of court yard where you can hang out Lots of restaurants and breweries nearby and also a super Walmart in case you want us to cook it 20 minute walk from Tampa Bay stadium. Would stay here again

Perfect Location!
The property is perfectly located to all things Tampa has to offer! Our stay began the day after Christmas, the prompt responses of Dave on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day to my inquires was very welcoming. The apartment is exactly as listed. It comfortably fit the 5 of us. The check in process was unique however easy to follow. The only difficulty we had was figuring out how to lock the door when we would leave for the day.

Fabulous location
This was an easy process from beginning to end. We were in town for a college football game at Tampa Bay's stadium. Super close to stadium and lots of food, bars,etc. Enjoyed a day trip to Clearwater which is a very close drive. Overall a great weekend. The condo was the perfect size with amenities. Questions were answered very quickly. Check in and check out were a breeze. Hopefully we get back to Tampa again and will definitely looked to stay here. Thank you for everything.
