This spacious property is an ideal retreat for 8 people , making the perfect getaway during holidays and any other special time with family and friends. The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with spacious kitchen, living room, dining room, pool, lake front. This property offers a very nice location close to Hard Rock Casino, Bush Gardens, Downtown Tampa, Channelside, Fairgrounds, Brandenton beaches and many other attractions.
This 1,900 square foot home accommodates 8 guests with essential amenities and an ideal location. Swim in the lanai pool.
The space - Master Bedroom with a queen size bed/ Bedroom 2 with a queen size bed/ Bedroom/Bedroom 3 with a two twin beds/ Bedroom 4 with a Full sized bed/ plus two extra air mattress. All bedrooms have TV’s.
During your downtime, take in the stunning lake views from the pool area and living área featuring family friendly entertainment on the flat screen TV.
You can head to one of the nearby beaches to spend a day oceanside on the white sand the Gulf Coast. Choose between Anna Maria Island, Clearwater Beach, Caladesi Island, Fort de Soto, all of which have been named some of the best beaches in the US and are locates less and within 45 minutes to an hour from the property.

Lovely view

We liked the lanai & watching the birds on the pond. The sunset views were very pretty. We stayed 2 weeks and cooked several meals - the kitchen was well stocked.Location was close to family, shopping, and activities. I recommend this very nice home in a nice neighborhood.

Better than advertised

This was a fantastic place to stay, the lake views were outstanding. The location was close to everything. I was definitely impressed, and I would consider this place again the next time I’m in Tampa.

Nice roomy place !!

Very spacious home with quite a bit nearby to do within a short drive. Owners were very responsive to questions we had. I would stay here again. Especially during warmer weather to enjoy the pool more.

Celebrating my uncles 100th Birthday

The house was very spacious and exactly as advertised. Great neighborhood and close to many stores & restaurants. Pool is a nice addition. I Would definitely rent again if ever in the area again.

Great location

We were in town for our daughter's graduation from college and the house was a perfect location with access to restaurants, shopping, and the main roads to get around Tampa. Having a large space to relax at the end of the day was nice since we had five adults staying there. The pool area was roomy and relaxing, even though we did not get to fully enjoy it due to the weather. The neighborhood was quiet and it was great having the lake on the back of the property. Will stay here again when in town!

Family Trip

I had my family of 5 on vacation. The house was fantastic, beautiful and well taken care of. We had a great time. Lots of space ...the only thing i would have loved is a little more seating inside and out. But i cannot complain about anything else. Awesome place. Thank you for letting us stay.

Month stay

We came from Indiana to escape the cold for a month. The home was close to a lot restaurants, shopping, Costco, etc. It’s in a good neighborhood where some of us walked most mornings. A few things need upgraded but overall we enjoyed our stay. The homeowners were very quick to respond when needed which we really appreciated!

Great vacation stay!

The house comes as advertised! It is very clean, quiet and in a great and safe neighborhood and close to everything we wanted to do. The outside pool area was awesome and beautiful! Check in and check out was extremely easy. I had a very minor issue trying to figure out the TV, but I will attibute that up to me being middle aged!

Amazing stay, lovely home, great setting.

From initial booking all the way through checkout, it was a great experience. Friendly and responsive host with a wonderful house. The house is spacious, comfortable, and inviting. My wife loved the morning and afternoon visits from local birds and pelicans, along with the safe and attractive setting. If we're ever back to Tampa, it'll be the first property we check for availability. :)

Nice property

Location was perfect for our need. House was very spacious and tastefully decorated. Unfortunately some things were broken (drawer pulls, large screw sticking out in the shower, vanity doors, dishwasher not attached under the counter....). Despite those minor faults, space was adequate for our family. We had a wonderful stay. Very quiet and peaceful. We really enjoyed the stay. The fireplace is amazing!

Week in Brandon

We loved our week in Brandon. The house was as depicted in the pictures. It was clean, very comfortable and the location was excellent with everything needed close by. Would have liked a heated pool. The dishwasher needs to be secured as it tips when the drawer is pulled out. All-in-all we really enjoyed our week. Thanks to the hosts!

Spring Break 2024

Great property with enough room for the entire family. Location is close to Busch Gardens and about 30-45 minutes to Clearwater beach … pool isn’t heated so evening swims were on the cool side but it was still better then being in the snow. Communication with the host was prompt, instructions were clear, house provided enough of the essentials as well. We were very happy with our stay and would consider staying again.

Perfect for Us!

The house was perfect for our family outing. Our grandgirll was in a national cheer competition downtown Tampa. We knew we didn't want to stay in the hassle of all that so we chose this great spot. This house was 20-25 minutes from anywhere we needed to be and a perfect distance for so many outstanding eating places. Then there was the pool! It was perfect although a little cool for the kids and we grown ups loved watching the sunset from the patio while the tiki torches blazed in the background. We would stay here again if we needed to be in the area again.

Clean and comfy home

We were in town for a conference and spent only a few hours each day at the house. The large house (probably too big for 4 adults) was clean and comfortable. Lakeview was a source of peace and quite reflection. The house was in a peaceful neighborhood and close to many stores and restaurants, very convenient! Wish the pool was heated. Although the house is large and modern and well decorated, there are a few repairs needed such as cabinet doors l/wall in owners bathroom, flooring in kitchen, pool floor and walls was peeling. Overall we had a very nice stay.

Family vacation /wedding

We were in town 6/2023 for a family wedding in the Tampa area. This house provided a perfect central location. On our trip, we were also able to do several day trips to visit Kennedy Space Center, Disney, Universal Studios, Clearwater and Anna Maria Island. This property was clean, maintained, and situated in a peaceful neighborhood. We enjoyed several morning walks and evenings sitting by the pool. The neighbors were also friendly and offered assistance if needed. The backyard lake view provided a peaceful and calm ambiance with the different wildlife. A perfect place for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. I would highly recommend this property!

Family getaway

The house overall is clean and nice. Pool and lake view are house highlights. Lots of bedrooms and closet space for guests. TVs and internet all worked well. Only issues we had is the house did not stay cool. By the end of the day the house was 78 degrees which was not a comfortable sleeping temperature even with ceiling fans. Also, the patio seating seemed older, was low to the ground and not cushioned well which was disappointing given how much time we spent outside. Super easy check in and communication with owners was good.

Not the cleanest house in neighborhood

Close to Tampa, still takes an hour to get to beach. House is okay with plenty of room. Although it is not the cleanest. We had used sheets on bed in one of the rooms. Contacted owner and they send crew to fix that. There is plenty of dust in corners, behind TV and other areas. Will look for something else next time.
