Horrible

As mentioned in the prior reviews, the basement flooded with raw sewage. We had to move out after one night. Do not rent this house! I had to give this house a star to publish this but it should be negative stars.

Do not stay at this house

Do not stay at this house. It is mismanaged and not a safe . We encountered broken beds, showers that leak into the kitchen and worst of all. The lower level and its bedrooms flooded with sewage on the first day. All of the sewage from all four levels drains to the basement where it is supposed to be pumped to the street. The pump was not working. We called for help and it took until 10pm before a plumber showed up. He got the pump temporarily working but it would not shut down and said he would be back in the am to clean and fix it permanently. The only way in my mind to truly clean it would be to pull of the wood flooring as sewage would squeeze up thru the cracks when you walked on the floor. The plumber did not return on the next day however a cleaning crew did unfortunately all they did was sweep the floor. On the 3rd day of our stay the plumber finally returned and installed a new pump. Thru all of this we tried to relocate using Vacasa's relocation team. The only thing they could offer is to split all 16 of us up and put us in a hotel near the air port. We did not drive 20 hours to be splits up and stay at the air port for a week. After loosing 3 day of vacation dealing with this mess we had no choice but to stay and try to make the best of it. This is not the first time this has happened now that I see other reviews. I fear for what mold or sewage in under the floor and in the wall of that house. I do not recommend staying at this house.

Horrible Stay

It started out ok arriving at the property it looked like it did in the pictures, the first night one of the beds in the downstairs bedrooms broke as my nephew laid down in it, bathroom downstairs backed up into the shower stall maintenance came fixed the bed but couldnt fix the sewer problem during our stay so we lost a bathroom so from 4.5 to 3.5 bathrooms my family showed up for Thanksgiving week the house would accommodate 14 guest we had 12. The next day someone was taking a shower in the upstairs bathroom water began leaking thru the ceiling onto the dinning room table called maintenence and again told cant be fixed while we are there then there was a confrontation with a worker because we had no idea that it was someones job to check recycling cans and take pictures when empty we came to the property to someone rummaging thru the trashcans. And on friday i called because of a leaking dishwasher then the entire bottom floor was submerged in raw sewage where 2 of the bedrooms are it took them all day to finally offer us another property but it was an hour away
