Bike Rentals – Flat Rate Per Stay
Explore the area with ease using our two adult bikes, available for rent during your stay:
$25 – Single Bike
$35 – Couple’s Package (2 bikes)
Let us know before or during your stay to reserve.
A signed rental agreement and waiver are required.
Bikes must be returned in good condition and properly secured. Fees apply for damage or loss.

Our backyard now features a brand-new, private multi-use sport court perfect for:
Pickleball
Mini Tennis

Volleyball
Court Access Fees:
$60 per stay – Includes full access to the court and all related equipment (paddles, rackets, balls, and nets)
$30 optional setup fee – We'll pre-set the court for the sport of your choice before your arrival
Guest Responsibility:
All court equipment must be put away properly after use.
A cleaning or handling fee will apply if items are left out
Replacement fees will be charged for any missing or damaged equipment
This court is reserved exclusively for your group and is designed to elevate your private outdoor experience.

With prior approval, a signed agreement, and a small transport fee, the following items may be taken to nearby parks or beaches:
