Great access to the beach

The unit was well designed and decorated. Location to the beach was perfect. I would ask that you at least supply a travel size of shampoo and body wash since there is no store within a few mile range. Otherwise, very enjoyable. The beach and pool were great.

Perfect room location

This room is right next to the pool, fitness center and fun outside activities like cornhole, bocce ball, tennis, pickle ball and shuffleboard. The 2 restaurants, beach and marina are also super close and convenient. Seems like the best location on the entire property.

Good for the money but the people that own units in the complex are not very friendly with “renters.” It was uncomfortable at the pool sometimes. The restaurant was great and good price! The ceiling leaked in our unit and something chewed through a bag of pretzels we had in a cabinet-we took all food out of the cabinets, let the property manager know and didn’t have an issue once we didn’t put things in the cabinets. It was kind of gross though.

Lovely View

The view was nice. The condo is a short walk to two restaurants and not far from many major attractions in the area. In the unit the air conditioner was loud and the condo could be updated. It had a musty smell. But the price was good and we needed to stay somewhere after we sold our house in Sun City Center.

Bad stay

When I first arrived the room was steal smelling and there were bugs/nets all in the bathroom on the mirror. When I went to take a showerer the water went out slow and by the second night it did not go out at all.

Some spare TP within the room wouldve been helpful other than that it was a nice area right next to the pool a walk away from a restaurant the food there isn't half bad either I did have an issue with some plastic in my food but the manager made sure to come out talk to me and everything everything was really nice there is a little coffee spot down the road it's almost like a food truck great coffee

Dirty floor

Room was decorated nice but had no place to put clothes. Floors were filthy. Looks like it’s Been long time since they were wet mopped. Had to wear my shoes. Tub barely drained & didn’t look clean. Mold in corner of shower. Will not rent this room again

Could have been better

Love this property but this unit was not too good. Lots of fruit flies coming from drains. Shower/tub slow to drain, so standing in water while showering. Found left over coffee and grounds in the coffee pot from previous renters and bug feces on spare pillows in closet. My host thank goodness was able to send us a code to get in - we waited until 4 but still no email with code. Other units at Little Harbor were not like this.
