「The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Having free parking is wonderful, outside and in the garage. The room overall smelled and appeared clean but the bathroom bathtub could have been cleaner, it was like slightly grey as if there was build up dirt. Also, the cleaning policy is every other day which is ok but I had to ask them to clean because they didn't even when they were suppose to. And the area is pretty quiet so it's good if you don't like noise. Overall I would give the place a 3.5」

「Overall this was an average, pretty much no frills hotel. The rooms were clean. No microwave or closet in the room. You had to request new towels or room cleaning as they only do this every 2 days. However, you were not informed as such until we asked. Breakfast was average. But overall clean. 」

「The only complain I have is I don’t have a complaint. Really a fantastic quiet hotel. Would recommend 」

「Room is old, bathtub is rusted, caulking around toilet was black. The room smells like no one lives in it for a while. While it rained, the water overflow to the door. The only pleasant thing was the staff was really nice and helpful. I don't think I will go back again unless they make some improvement」

「The exhaust vent in the hallway on the fourth floor is extremely noisy! Handheld shower handle was a low quality product. The omlets for breakfast were not very good. Enjoyed the automated brewed coffee in the breakfast area, it was very good. However, the coffee served in the lobby was terrible. The desk clerk said I am not eligible for IHG points since I made my reservation through Expedia.」

「They have no in person check-in so you expect a code to get in the room on the day of arrival. However, in my case, and that was two weeks in a row they did not send the code because I booked the room through Expedia and apparently Expedia did not facilitate the transfer of funds so I had to make a few phone calls before I would get the code. The Internet is great and the room is clean, although the window is facing the corridor, so you have to keep it covered. The garbage container is at the...

「We were up all night because the room smelled of paint. The building was undergoing renovations. To combat the smell, we kept all the windows open. Unfortunately, we couldn’t reach customer service because it’s automated, and you never speak to a real person. It was the worst experience. I’ve switched to the Heritage hotel, but I can’t say it’s any better. In fact, it’s probably worse. There’s construction scaffolding, and it’s incredibly loud. I’m disappointed with Marriott.」

「We found the hotel was clean and well maintained but a little dated. Breakfast was not that great so we stopped and got breakfast on the road. It is a great value. A great place to stay and close to the beach and also close to bike rentals.」
