「I couldn’t be more grateful about my stay at this hotel. We had flight issues due to the volcano and the staff helped us step by step to get us safely to the hotel. Once at the hotel, we had the nicest stay. Nice air conditioning, clean room, nice location, great tips on excursions etc. Thank you !!!」

「Receptionists and drivers (especially Ali) were very helpful and accommodating. We had a fantastic time here. Hotel food was amazing and the pool was nice and well maintained. Hard to get to supermarkets and convenience stores by foot, requires transport to get everywhere. Transfers were a little expensive, but readily available via the hotel」

「Everything is the hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The pool was very nice - the beach was beautiful. Overall, was an excellent choice. The staff was very accommodating. the restaurant was very good. The only concern is that our room was not very cool - air conditioning was not strong enough. Also, the rooms could use a dresser for clothing. I would stay there again.」

「Definitely needs refurbishing. Old fashioned keys, no room safe, window security very poor and an en-suite had basin that moved as you touched it. Balcony felt dirty and had another room’s outside light shining all night into my room. Some of the electric lights in my room did not work. The swimming pool was good with an amazing view (but seating area around it had little shade) even if noisey from traffic. Pool bar open until 7pm, but bar downstairs then not open. I thought I had bought...
