Cozy condo, perfect location.

This cozy condo was the perfect home base for out short vacation. The place was clean and very quiet. It is located on the third floor at the back of the building and we faced the mountain, which gave us a good sense of privacy. All the condos here are pet friendly and clean.

Very nice hosts. We had an unplanned late arrival and they were super kind in helping us get in safely and easily. Place fit our small group well. The road/driveway is in dire need of repair/grading: our SUV bottomed out in the numerous big, unavoidable potholes. The bathrooms and beds were nicely cleaned. The living area was not clean, including a greasy microwave, dirty dishes/pots and oddly, a filthy tv screen. Still, a pleasant stay and would return.

Wonderful place

This property was great and felt like a hideaway in the mountains with the convenience of the kids ski school just at the bottom of the hill. We hiked up and down and got used to it. Despite the winter storm we were able to drive up and down the hill (4x4 is absolutely necessary) as well but the walk is refreshing and you can ride the free gondola to the main base all day. The property was clean, well maintained and both spacious enough for a family of four but perfectly cozy. Kitchen is stocked with supplies but the microwave was not in service due to it tripping a breaker but we were fine without it. I would certainly book this property again!

Overall great location and rental.

The property was accommodating to our group. Nice size rooms and most everything you need. Location was not far from town of Taos and close to ski valley. Owner was extremely responsive to emails. Things I should read more clearly...it is on the third floor. And being women, we overpacked and had lots of bags. Out of the hands of the owner was the cleanliness. There was thick layers of dust on window sills, blinds lamps almost everywhere. The floor was also in need of a good vacuum. Again, not the owners fault. And if you aren't there, you just don't know. Also, FYI, bring an iron or steamer. There is not one at the condo.

Ski-in, Ski-out

Family of 4 in Taos for skiing- 5 day stay. Condo was very clean and as described. Once we figured out the ski-in, the location was perfect. Fun location on the mountain. Definite need for 4WD to get into the parking lot. Some hiking to do from the p/lot to our condo, but not an issue. Very enjoyable trip. We hope to stay here again.
