Mardi Gras Ski Trip

Fairly easy walk to lifts. Kitchen was stocked with most necessities for cooking in most of the nights of our trip. Having the option for grocery delivery was nice, with stores and dining just a short walk. Highly recommend 4WD in winter. Steep grades for entrance and exit to parking that are not maintained early morning if you need to travel. Plenty of space in the unit for our group of 4 adults and 4 teenaged boys. There are 3 flights of stairs, so keep in mind if you have mobility issues. Great water pressure. Bring change for complex's shared washer and dryer. I think it was 2-3 per load. Host was very quick to reply and offered great recommendations for rentals and dining before our trip. For us the biggest negative was having to drive to the common dump area to throw our trash, but I think all the slope side condos have the same policy.

Great Location for Skiing

We enjoyed our stay and found the kitchen set up well for making our meals. It's a short walk to the slopes. Greg was flexible with our late checkout request. We'd definitely stay again.

Great ski in ski out location

Really enjoyed our stay here with a group of 8. Plenty of space and a great kitchen. We loved how close we were to the base village and didnt have to drive anywhere the whole weekend. Would stay here again!

Perfect location!

Great property, 5 min walk to gondolita to bring kiddos to ski school. Bathrooms and kitchen were recently renovated; beds were comfortable, no complaints! Thanks for a great trip!

Sister trip in Taos Ski Valley

My sisters and I wanted a fun getaway. Unfortunately, when we arrived the power was off in the whole valley. I write this because almost every person we talked to said this has been happening all summer. There is a LOT of construction going on. We finally got power about 8:00 that evening. Cat and Luke were extremely responsive to our communications. We loved the location. The Williams Lake Trailhead is just a five minute drive, Arroyo Secco is 20 minutes and the town of Taos is about 30ish. Our only complaint was the cleanliness of the property. We ran several pans in the dishwasher before use and there were food crumbs around and some of the bedding smelled a bit musty. The beds were comfortable and the main living area was comfortable as well.

Short Walk/Limited Parking

This is a fairly nice ski condo. It is an older building so if you are looking for super sleek/modern it’s not for you. The bedrooms are located in the “lower” floor or loft - none with en-suite bathroom It was still very good for us, we had planned on six adults but only 4 (two couples) came so one couple stayed low with that bathroom, the other couple stayed high in the loft with the second bathroom “mid-level” or main living. One TV, main living level only. The parking could be improved immensely. When they say limited, they mean there really isn’t enough. This sounds like a “bad” review. It isn’t. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, but we aren’t “fancy” and if that is what you need, stay at “The Blake”.

Great Location for Taos Skiing

Awesome location for Taos Ski Valley access. Had a blast in the village and on the hill. Nice quiet condo. Would stay again!

Worst experience I had

My family and I book this property thinking it was in Red River it is nowhere close to Red River hour and 20 minute drive after raising concerns with property manager tried calling them back several times left messages did not answer or respond back both the property managers were very unhelpful and disrespectful one of the beds had a dirty Band-Aid in it the beds were very uncomfortable the bigger bedroom comforter was also dirty I book this property for two nights was so unhappy only stayed one night and still got charged for two would not recommend this property to anybody

Great last minute getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this condo during our trip to Taos Ski Valley. Plenty of places to hike around the condo and the layout was perfect for our family of 7. Would definitely stay here again!
