From the friendly reception upon arriving to how relaxing the room felt after putting in 18km walking around for the day The Onsen here is what really got me. Went every day and it was the greatest way to start the day. I thought the location was somewhat central to what we visited, and close to rail for Kyoto or further. We only ate the breakfast the one day. It was good but 3000 yen per person, so plan accordingly. Book your stay here while in Kyoto and you will be pleased with your accommodations. "
