By far the best hotel in Tashkent. Within walking distance to Tashkent city mall and the metro. Staff are unbelievably helpful. One of our group forgot his medication back home, the staff at Tashkent were extremely quick to arrange a pickup from a local reputable pharmacy with the correct medication. Breakfast has excellent variety and has fresh produce. Cannot recommend enough.

Hilton Tashkent City was very good and we enjoyed our stay there as a family. The breakfast was exceptionally good with so much variety and good quality. If we're to visit Tashkent again, we'd definitely stay here!

Huge hotel.
The Hilton Tashkent is a fine hotel, very modern and clean, but it is really very big. It is inside the parking security for the city park across the street which I suppose makes it more secure, but it also creates traffic jams around the hotel as taxis compete with park visitors. (Traffic jams around hotels, airports, and train stations are very common in Uzbekistan, btw). The breakfast was excellent, the rooftop restaurant was pretty good, in that international/cosmopolitan shopping culture sort of way.

The employees were not only friendly but also proficient in English, making communication effortless. Horrible place. The suite which cost more than 400$ per nightly was full of insects and the bed was full of wicket. My whole body was bited. The problem continues also the alternative suite they gave me. I had to sleep on the sofa at the lobby. The manager responded rudely, threatened to call the police and tried to silent the issue by sending fruits and wine to my suite. Of course, I rejected! The towel was full of blood stains. The room was very dirty:,hairs and insects everywhere! Don’t visit this horrible hotel. Date of stay: 19-22/8/23

Property is ideally located and good facilities and access to city park. Despite high occupancy, the Front Desk manager was courteous to grant us a late check-out without any additional fees. Disappointed that even after our special request for room with a park view sent in advance, we were assigned a room without a decent view :(

Overall a pleasant stay. Now, to make it to a real 5*: 1) smell from shower sink - need to fix 2) bar menu is 3* at best, selection really low end and from what i know there are no import restrictions The positives: 1) Staff 2) Pool - probably one of the best hotel indoor pools in terms of size & view 3) Spa staff 4) Breakfast worth mentioning

Tashkent Hilton is one of two premier hotels in Tashkent. It is clean, some fixtures like carpets in hallways are a little dated (bubble up), there was no X-Large bathrobe to be found at the pool, the downstairs staff are a little... disinterested. Having said that, it is impeccably safe, the restaurant is reasonably well regarded, the lounge is clean though the selection of food is very thin and they ran out of milk for coffee twice. Safe, clean, nice pool, a little out of the way if you are a walker.
