“Check on and out was easy. Beds were comfortable. Carpet was old. We had ants in our bag because we had an apple. There were heaps. Not nice to wake up to. It was also quite noisey. Breakfast was good and my daughter loved the pool. We didn’t have time to use the spa or sauna but they looked nice too. ”

“The staff at the counter is friendly and kind. The motel is a little bit out dated but the good tradition of a fine motel remains. It’s my second time visiting the motel. I recon’ the price/value is comparable.”

“The family rooms could do with a bit more updating, also think of having a electric frying pan in the room, rooms should have clothes iron, hangers maybe a clothes airing rack by the spa bath and spa towels also tea towels. The share kitchen was short of utensils and other stuff. Also making sure everything is always clean and put away nicely and not just left in a box with dust building up ”

“Receptionist manner could be better. Not feeling welcome at all! Especially in a tourist town. Other than that hotel is good, nice and clean. There’s a free private grotto hot pool, make sure you reserve a time for it. Good view, clean and spacious!”
