From the main condo entrance, you are welcomed into the lovely courtyard decorated with attractive shrubs and bushes leading to the deliciously sparking lap pool (10m x 2m; 1.5m deep). Here you can take a refreshing dip and then relax on the sunbeds provided. Converted from an old olive mill, the apartment has been cleverly designed over three floors to offer ample space and light, while exceptional equipment levels and contemporary furnishings and décor combine effortlessly with polished marble and parquet flooring to make for thoroughly modern interiors.
GROUND FLOOR - From the apartment entrance, enter the open plan living space with its comfy sofas, a large dining table and chairs with a fully equipped and compact kitchen tucked neatly away at the rear of the room. The kitchen patio door leads to a private, enclosed patio overlooked only by the charming church and is equipped with table and chairs, ideal for open air dining and relaxing in the cool summer evenings.
FIRST FLOOR - Twin bedroom (can be made double) with a Juliet balcony and ensuite shower room with a corridor leading to a sunny terrace, facing the internal courtyard and overlooking the pool. S
SECOND FLOOR: The open landing provides the perfect place for email and admin time with office and desk space. The spacious master bedroom suite has own bathroom and fitted wardrobes.
This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. There are 2 internal stair cases within the property. Parking is on street, and spaces are generally available at the rear of the condominium without charge.
ARRIVING AT THE PROPERTY:
It is our intention to meet you in person at the property on your arrival to deliver the keys and welcome you. Some of our properties have key safety boxes and you will be informed of the code in advance, in which case you may be asked to check in alone and we will make a later courtesy visit at a mutually convenient time.
CHECK-IN TIMES:
Please note check-in times are between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM and we will try to be flexible with arrival times outside of these hours. For early arrivals, it may be possible to offer a bag drop facility. For later arrivals, there may be the key safety box facility. If not, and we are required to meet you in person for a late-night check in, the following fees will apply:

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
AIMA (Borders Authority): Portuguese law requires us to collect passport details for all non-Portuguese guests. This is done securely during the online check-in process.
Tourist Tax: Some municipalities in the Eastern Algarve charge a Tourist Tax. If applicable for your property, you will be informed at the time of booking.
GUEST VERIFICATION & DAMAGE PROTECTION
For platforms that do not offer guest insurance, we work with Truvi, a leading guest-screening provider. Before your stay:
You will verify your personal details.
You can choose between a refundable damage deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.
We recommend the damage waiver for peace of mind in case of accidental damage.
