The carpet is too dark for me even though I think it’s cleaned every use, since the room looks old I think the carpet is still dirty so I am quite anxious stepping on it barefoot. I believe an upgrade to the room like adding furnishings and remodelling it will definitely benefit everyone. Overall, this hotel served well its purpose."

"Beautiful, modern, swanky hotel and property. Excellent staff, very kind and helpful. Did not get a chance to try the hotel food or bar. A little inconvenient with the horseshoe design of the hotel - go up to the lobby to go down to the hotel rooms. This especially becomes inconvenient with the large group-travelers with tour guides staying at this hotel. "

"Stayed here as the last hotel of our trip and it was an absolute dream. My favorite part of every day in Osaka was stopping at the Lawsons 25ft from the hotel and getting snacks to eat in bed watching anime and looking out the windows to see the whole city glowing at night. Such a dream."
