Excellent location

The hotel is very centrally located on the square in the old town. But this also means that there is a lot of noise from the street and square until late at night. The hotel has the appearance of being older and worn. The hotel highlights their roof terrace but it was messy and dirty. The hotel has wifi but it was not very fast. We had booked a superior room and were therefore disappointed that there was no safe, the toilet seat was loose, the large shower did not work and the fridge in the room did not work either. There was access to tea and coffee in the room but not sugar and creamer. We would like to highlight the breakfast for being suitably varied.

Amazing location, hotel okay

Amazing location, as well as the terrace. Breakfast okay, really enjoyed the Georgian dishes that was freshly prepared in the kitchen. The lady who worked there was very friendly. Only instant coffee. The room was clean and quite big. We had no reading light which was annoying. Overall quite good value based on the price we paid.

The property is really nice. The best thing about this property is its location. Their staff are also nice and helpful. Minor downside is it can get a little noisy. The property is by the road so you can hear traffic sounds, cars honking, police siren, human noise which can interrupt your sleep. Also, I booked a room with queen size bed but we got two single beds put together. But, the property is best if you do not want the hassle of walking the steep cobblestone streets of Tbilisi.

Excellent location Friendly staff

Used twice in June 2019 First impressions: The hotel arranged our pick up from the airport, on arrival we had a quick check in. Room:Great view of old Tbilisi, the room was quite big and comfortable. Location: In the heart of the old town close to many of the sights, shops and restaurants. Staff: Some of the friendliness people we met on six week journey, always willing to help with any problems and queries. 10 out of 10 for customer service. Breakfast: Buffet style consisted of mainly Georgian fare. Summary: An excellent place to stay when visiting Tbilisi. Hope to use again next year and would recommend, thanks again to the staff for making our stay enjoyable. Sally and Dave T Yorks

Отличный отель, прямо в центре туристической жизни! Все экскурсии (при этом разных туроператоров) стартовали у нас под окнами, с площади Мейдан. Так что мы спокойно завтракали (завтрак супер - на горячее был то омлет, то молочная каша, жареная картошка с грибами. И почему-то всегда разные супы... Сырная/колбасная нарезка - самое то на тосты! А супруга оценила домашний творог-вкуснотищща) и после, не спеша спускались вниз - к автобусу :-) А что стоило заселение в 9-00 после ночного перелета! Нигде такого не встречали. Сантехника новая, белье мягкое, вода горячая. Все ок. Единственный минус - под отелем ресторан и музыка с 21 до 3-4 утра делала "бум-бум", так что кто чувствителен - просите номера двухсотые (повыше). Нам, если честно, не сильно мешало. После хорошего ужина с вином, после дня экскурсий - ну может пару раз проснулся за неделю :-) Ну и терраса - это отдельная песня! 360 градусов вид на старый город - видно все! Ты в центре! Бутылочка вина, чурчхела и вечер с любимой под звездами - мы с супругой оценили на 10 баллов из 5! :-) И прощальный знак грузинского гостеприимства - в последний вечер, от отеля, нам подарили бутылку вина и 2 стеклянных бокала, принеся все это прям на террасу - сюрприз так сюрприз! Мадлоба!

Was given a room in the back but requested better, immediately was accomatated with view looking into the river with the Kings statue, 2nd century church, and the beautiful scenery of old Tbilisi, Clean and friendly staff, breakfast every morning better then expected, highly recommend this hotel to anyone, everything you needed just outside the hotel property, Good places to eat within walking distance, nightlife across the street, Taxi, Tours, Sulfur baths, would come back to hotel that is in the heart of Tbilisi.
