"Amazing stay - couldn’t recommend more. The staff are incredibly attentive and helpful, the hotel is set in a beautiful location and the entire experience is flawless. The food is excellent as well, although it’s worth noting that both the dinner and breakfast are very generous meals - best not to eat too much beforehand! "Staff were super friendly, the public bath was always clean and empty between 5am-6am, the room was cozy and cute. The breakfast was great, I really liked the salted fish I got on my second day, the staff there were friendly too."

"Our first time and look forward to returning to other onyado Nono locations of this same one in Kanazawa. It was clean (no shoes, tatami mats everywhere), quiet rooms and nicely laid out (missing heated toilet seats) big room for Japan standards . Love the treats after onsen experience (ice cream and noodles). App staff we encourage there’s were very helpful and pleasant."
