「This property was in a great location near to sea and town centre. It has good seating areas for socialising in the lounge and garden and the smaller conservatory was also a bonus during poor weather. Ian’s communication was good and told us everything we needed to know. We’d definitely consider staying here again if we come back to teignmouth. 」

「Clean, bright, spacious and well equipped cottage with everything you need. Stunning views, beautiful garden with a hot tub. Alpacas in the field and many different birds come to visit. Hosts were friendly, welcoming and nothing was to much trouble.」

「A fantastic property set in quiet, idyllic surroundings. A great layout and had all mod cons that you could think of. The pictures do not do it justice and we will definitely be back. Our only issue which was out of the owners control which was a power cut to all of the surrounding area due to Storm Darragh, but they were on hand to do everything they could to assist during it. 」

「The cottage was spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. In a perfect location close to the beach, pubs and cafes. Shaldon is a wonderful, friendly place and the children loved crabbing off the little jetty. The host’s communication was excellent and we would love to stay again. 」

「We loved our stay at Rock House Cottage. It was super cute and cozy and had everything we needed plus lots of thoughtful extras from the hosts like bread, milk and jams. Excellent walking from the cottage or jump in the car to explore further a field. There is lots of information in the cottage of attractions and walking across Devon. Nice enclosed garden for our dog and with furniture to make use of the space. Communication from the hosts before our arrival was excellent. Nice pub a mile...
