"Simple lake life, older home but renovated with everything you need to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere. Pristine water and well kept dock. We swam and ventured out in the kayaks. Read and ate meals on the screened in porch and watched the clouds dance on the water. Great house for a small group. Definitely contact Jared at Smoky Mountain Kayak Fishing. Went on a sunset fishing cruise and it was gorgeous. Don’t miss Roger at Pineapple Whips!"

"There is plenty of room to be with friends or family. The deck is enormous and had a great view of the river and firepit area. Very well furnished and clean. Very relaxing and quiet with no traffic. Great communication with the property manager and easy check-in and out. We enjoyed our time there and would stay again if we are in the area!"

The condo is roomy and well appointed with excellent parking. It is perfect for anything Tellico Village related."

"Can't beat the location. Originally we wanted to stay in Blue Ridge because the purpose of our trip was to ride the Blue Ridge Train. At first this location seemed a bit far but it's really not - just a short 15 minute drive to Blue Ridge. A huge bonus was the Toccoa River and Blue Ridge Train tracks adjoin the property. Very cool. We saw the train sail by the day before we even did the ride. So all in all a very nice time. Quiet, safe, and private. Perfect for our short family time!"
