Casita Azul is located steps to all of Telluride! With a long layout that lives like a loft, this 2 bed / 2 bath condo makes for an ideal ski or summer basecamp for two couples or a small family. Recently remodeled, this unit has heated concrete floors, new appliances, granite countertops and space to spread out! Out your front door you are greeted with views of the ski area and are steps to base of chair 7, the gondola and historic downtown!
THE SPACE: Casita Azul is a garden level condo that was built in 2020. It has a long and spacious layout with a full kitchen, dining area, den and two full bedrooms. There is a full bath with a tub/shower combo and an additional half bath. Bedrooms have large closets and there is a front patio area for bike and gear storage along with ski racks. The decor is refreshingly modern with white granite countertops, polished concrete floors, barn doors, new appliances and a variety of creative touches!
Guests will be issued a parking pass for Pacific street parking in front of the condo.

It was an amazing experience, communication was easy with the host, clean, quiet, walkable to downtown, the only thing I did not like in my personal opinion was the rooms not a lot of privacy if you don’t go alone or kids, but some people doesn’t matter so it is good, not a big deal.
We really enjoyed Casita Azul. It was clean, cute, and updated - they went above expectations with the thoughtful touches and accommodations. It is also in a great area, minutes away walk-wise from downtown Telluride. Communication was smooth and reliable. Five stars!
Awesome short stay in a great location in Telluride. Luke was easy to work with and communication was great. Little bit of noise from the upstairs unit, but nothing unexpected. Fantastic location that was walkable to everything in downtown Telluride, including the gondola to get to Mountain Village. The unit itself was clean, well-appointed, and comfortable. Highly recommend and would stay here again.
Unit is in a nice location. Has a convenient parking space off the street that I was forced to vacate because the owners needed the space. I was given a permit to park a few blocks away. The space was never used by the owners during the remainder of my stay. Fits with the overall “ethos” of Telluride locals that tourists and our hard earned dollars are an inconvenience to them. Unit is as described and clean, but my overall stay was soured.
This was listed as a “garden apartment” but actually is a below level basement apartment with corrugated metal over the dark widow wells and concrete flooring. Dark with tiny bathrooms. Not as advertised. Two renters fell on the thick uneven ice on the walkways during our stay. There was no convenient parking.
Very expensive for the amenities. Would not recommend.
