The main living space sprawls across taking in the massive views from the sweeping windows between the kitchen with stainless steel appliances and wrap-around island counter space, to the dining room with bold sleek dining table with seating for eight, and living room with swanky leather sectional, and unexpected urban texture. Slick design accents the natural elements in harmony offering a clean space. Blur the lines from the mountain ski art on the walls to the views beyond the windows, dream of dangling lift rides and swooping down the slopes.

Each of the three bedrooms have thoughtful elements for comfort, with playful sitting arrangements from a cozy corner nook, to a chairlift for a resting place for a sweater after a day full of fun. Scope out the slopes from the balcony before heading down to the pick of lifts nearby. Enjoy a drink apres at Poacher’s Pub just next to home, or venture out on the gondola to head into the Historic Town of Telluride for more options of restaurants and shopping.

- The views are absolutely incredible.
- Being slopeside with ski in/out access to several lifts, and overlooking Sunset Plaza with several great restaurants and pubs just outside.
- Private balconies with incredible views.

WHAT TO KNOW
- Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The maximum occupancy is 7 people.
- The maximum number of cars at the property is 2.
- On Wednesday nights during the summer, the free summer concerts in Sunset Plaza can be enjoyed right from the deck.
- Being in a coveted central location, there's activity around the building during peak seasons.
- There's no hot tub available for this home.
- During peak seasons, check-in time is 4:00 pm. There is typically a departure the same morning, and our teams are going to great lengths to make the home perfect for 4:00 pm arrival time. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being readied for an arrival. We recommend making travel plans accordingly. Our Reservation Specialists are happy to offer suggestions if you arrive early.
- This home could allow up to two dogs with final approval from InvitedHome. Please let us know if you are planning on bringing a pet, emotional support animal, or service animal when booking. All details need to be submitted via text message or email for approval. The pet cleaning fee is $150 per animal and the pet rental fee is $50/night per animal. Pet fees will be added to the reservation after approval and are non-refundable.
- Nearby construction may cause occasional noise or disruption. Please call us for the latest updates—conditions vary day to day. To offset any inconvenience, we’ve reduced rates for this home.
- Ski-in/ski-out access is subject to snow conditions and weather. Availability may vary depending on resort operations.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
- Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
- Check in codes will only be sent if there is a credit card on file for the reservation. These codes will be sent via text message on the day of arrival after 4:00pm.
