"I really liked the suites; they were spotless and very nice. Above all, the person working at the front desk, Alison, was exceptional. I made a mistake with the date when I made the reservation, and Alison went all out to help me fix the Issue. However, Expedia made it very difficult and problematic to get the money to Sonesta. I took at least one hour for Expedia to get their act together so I could get into my room. I demanded a copy of my driver's licence, which Alison had to take a photo of from her phone to send to Expedia across the world. It made the situation very difficult. Alison was very professional and exceptional. Expedia was complicated and unreasonable."

"Alondra, certainly went the extra mile in helping my friend and I when we arrived. She could tell we were tired and assisted us, made us feel special 😊 The hotel itself is very dirty. I would not recommend. The shower/tub was filthy and had to stand in ankle deep water when showering. I wore socks because I didn’t trust the cleanliness of the floor and I was right. They were black-very black on the bottom when I took them off. Door jams were splintered and all around nasty stay. Very disappointing 😥"
