"Eric and Kristen‘s cottage was perfect for a weekend getaway! Although we were there for an art fair, and not actually enjoying the surrounding area, the cottage had everything that we need to be comfortable for our stay. We did not use the kitchen, but it did seem to be fully stocked with everything that was necessary, including three means of making your morning coffee! We loved the surrounding area, being able to wake up every morning and seeing the chickens and the goats and the Highland cow and the sheep was so wonderful! You couldn’t have asked for a better place to just relax and enjoy. If only the weather had been a little bit nicer for us, we would’ve been able to enjoy the facilities even more. Thank you so much Eric and Kristin. It was really nice meeting you Eric, and hopefully we will get to stay with you again in the future! "

"Very nice hotel and accommodations! Friendly welcoming staff, clean and well designed facilities! The three of us shared a two queen bed room which was great as it did not feel crammed. Each of us had room to place our belongings and we were fortunate enough to be there when we were disturbed by any surrounding hoo haha. Definitely will come back!"

"The main house kitchen was great - casita kitchen very small. The main house has a great central outdoor area with table/chairs for 8 - very nice space for pets as there are doors/gates so it contains pets nicely."

"Definitely would use this home again. The house has everything you need. The pictures and description was spot on. Centrally located for everything. Close to downtown Templeton, less than 15 minutes from downtown Paso Robles, and also close to many wineries!"

"I met my daughter and daughter-in-law in Paso Robles for a girls weekend. We had such a wonderful time and so enjoyed staying here. The house was very clean and the location comvenient. Kristan was wonderful and responded to my questions quickly and also shared recommended wineries and restaurants. We loved the hot tub and made a few great meals. My only suggestion would be to have a few more wine glasses to select from to enjoy the wine we purchased from the wineries! Thanks for a great time! "

"Excellent property for our extended family retreat, from grandparents to newborns. Between the pool, hot tub, patio seating, loungers, and endless games in the garage, there was something for everyone. The location is also great in close proximity to SLO, Costco, Trader Joe’s, Walmart, etc. You’ll find everything you need a short drive away or via DoorDash. We will definitely be booking this property again in the future, perhaps with the other side of the extended family."

"We booked this home with 4 other couples, so 10 people total, to celebrate a milestone birthday. The house was fantastic. The location is picturesque, the house is clean and well stocked, the furniture is comfortable, and there are lots of great seating areas to hang out in either separately or for the whole group. We absolutely loved it and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Also, Lisa was very responsive and communicative. Thank you!"
