“Guest support stated ac wasn’t working properly in the original unit I rented and moved me to another unit which was nice of her. Unit was acceptable. Bathroom could have been cleaned better as well as the kitchenette. I went out and bought cleaning supplies and cleaned the bathroom myself.”

“This property needs an absolute overhaul! To begin with, it’s an older complex and the buildings need renovations. The condo stunk of cigarette smoke. The furniture was gross and worn out. The beds were absolutely horrible! The place was dark and dank. The shower door had no seal on the bottom so the water just ran out everywhere. The televison in the living room did not work. No direct communication from owner. Just what seemed to be automated through VRBO. I sent a message asking a couple……

There was a miscommunication with checkin in that there is a physical key and not a key code but the owner quickly resolved it and got us the keys. The pictures accurately reflect the location and the interior. We’ll happily stay again for the conveniences. Thank you! ”
