Wohnung mit Potenzial nach oben

Wohnung war zweckentsprechend eingerichtet. Großer Vorteil: neues Badezimmer, gute Handtücher, sonnige Terrasse Nachteile: Wände vorallem im Schlafzimmer gehören neu verspachtelt, gestrichen, Sauberkeit bzgl Staub hat Luft nach oben, Küche veraltet. Dass, das zweite Schlafzimmer kein Fenster hat war mir bekannt, jedoch wusste ich nicht dass dort auch die Waschmaschine und Wasseboiler steht, was den Raum doch ziemlich einschränkt. Kontakt zu Vermieter war freundlich, ich schreibe auch ungern eine schlechtere Bewertung, aber durch die vorangegangenen Bewertungen hatte ich eine bessere Wohnung erwartet.

Appartement très confortable à Costa Adeje

Appartement très confortable dans un complexe touristique très qualitatif de Playa Paraiso, juste à côté de Costa Adeje. Très bonne communication avec la propriétaire et son contact sur place. Tout cela nous a permis de passer d'excellentes vacances !

Tolles Apartment in schöner Anlage

Gemütliche, sehr gut ausgestattete Unterkunft. Alles da, was man für die Versorgung braucht. Handtücher reichlich und von guter Qualität. Alles sauber. Übergabe hat perfekt geklappt. Poolanlage hat uns auch gut gefallen. 100 % Weiterempfehlung. Kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder

Noël au soleil

appartement fonctionnel, de surface correcte, cuisine équipée avec belle et grande terrasse petite vue mer surtout l'ensemble du complexe a une architecture humaine, originale. Accès piscine peu pratique, avec clé mais les nombreux bassins sont superbes. certes le plus bas est très froid. Transat réservés (interdits) dès 9h du mat, faut se battre. Appartement au dessus un peu bruyant et on entend un peu les voitures de la résidence passer devant la fenêtre de la chambre, surtout quand elles vont vites ; les gardiens présents à toute heure devraient veiller à cela

Wir waren das erste mal auf Teneriffa und sind begeistert. Die Wohnung bietet alles was man braucht - vor allem aber die große Terrasse hat zu langen Abend draußen eingeladen.

Le logement était très bien. Il y a plusieurs logements gérés gérés via un gardien + portail. La piscine est très chouette. Le logement est parfait ( 2 chambres + 1 canapé lit dans la pièce de vie + une belle terrasse).

Résidence dépaysante et super complexe piscines

Appartement propre, fonctionnel et calme dans une résidence au style grec. Tout y est, l'appartement est bien équipé. La 2eme chambre est destinée à des enfants car petite pour des adultes. Le complexe de piscines est super pour farniente et rafraîchissement. Il manque à la limite un toboggan ou autre pour que les enfants jouent. Je recommande le chalet ++ pour une pause repas

Die Anlage und ist sehr schön

Die Anlage mit dem Pool ist ok. Die Wohnung war sehr gut. Allerdings ist das Zweite Schlafzimmer sehr klein und es fehlt an Kleiderschränken. Abends hört leider laut Stark das Abendprogramm der Hotels, was das Genießen des Balkons beeinträchtigt

Assumed the property was in Adeje costa where we would have preferred to stay, not Paradiso which is a a bit cut off from a lot of things , we like walking and walking was very limited, but appreciated the security of the property

Nice stay for short vacation, less for a longer stay

The facilities (apartments, pool area, parking) are great. The kitchen is well equiped and the flat had an excellent terrace. However, for a longer stay, say longer than 10 days, it is not an ideal place due to poor instructions of apartment functionalities, bad vacuum cleaner and placement of washing machine which also had a strong smell of mold. Additionally, the pool was only heated during high season (Christmas and New Year).

Nous sommes très satisfait de cette location. Petit bémol une chambre trop petite et pas de télé Française. Notre contact très professionnelle . Nous avons apprécié quelle soit Française. A recommander aussi piscine exceptionnelle.

We know the complex it’s very secure, parking a big bonus.

An information sheet on how to work Wi-Fi, washing machine etc. some English spoken TV stations would be good. We didn’t cook much but there was no lids for the pots. The apartment was clean with no pests and very comfortable. I took my own washing powder and liquid but there was some there already, very helpful. Helps to keep the apartment and utilities clean. Thank you for a nice stay.

Très bien situé à 1h en voiture de tous les centres d intérêt de l'île. Le logement est propre, bien gardé (pour la voiture c est top), fonctionnel et bien aménagé. Il dispose de plusieurs piscines entretenues et contrôlées tous les jours. Toutes commodités a proximité (7km centre commercial, 50m supérette/restaurant, 200 m plage). Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances à 5 sans aucun problème .

Sauberes Appartement in einer sicheren Umgebung

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und alles hat auch gut geklappt mit Schlüsselübergabe und Abgabe. Einzig was wir nicht beachtet haben bei der Buchung ist, dass ein Zimmer kein Fenster nach draussen hat, sondern nur eine Öffnung zum Wohnzimmer hin. Das war etwas beengend.

Nice apartment in good complex

The complex was nice but the apartment could have been a little cleaner when we arrived. All kitchen utensils such as glasses and plates were dusty so we needed to clean everything before we started to use it but the good part is that we had everything we needed. The internet worked only the 2 first days after that we had no internet during the whole stay but the owner took care of it with a compensation and that was appreciated. We were a company of 5 people but i would recommend this apartment for maximum 4 people.

Fantastischer Urlaub in toller Analge mit super ausgestatteter Wohnung

Es waren drei traumhaft schöne Wochen in dieser tollen Wohnung. Die Austattung der Küche (inkl. Salatschleuder, ausreichend Schüsseln, Elektrogrill etc) war super. Die Betreuung durch Sofia war Bestens. Der Konakt zum Vermieter war sehr freundlich und er hat sogar direkt in der ersten Woche nachgefragt, ob alles ok ist. Wir fanden alles super, lediglich einen zweiten Schlüssel für die Wohnung fehlte. Den hat uns prompt Sofia gebracht. Sehr empfehlenswert, auch die Poolbar mit sehr leckerem Essen und einem ganz tollem und netten Team sind einmalig. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, meine Familie und ich (Mann und zwei Jungs 6 und 8 Jahren) hat es sehr gut gefallen.

vacances TB..location moins bien!

la vue annoncée par la photo est trompeuse (on pense que c'est la vue de l'appartement), pas d'eau chaude à la cuisine (pour laver les casseroles, c'est génial), couettes trouvées tachées non remplacées pendant le séjour, un lit sans alèze non fournie pendant le séjour (malgré les demandes répétées), présence de blattes, ménage à l'arrivée loin d'être à la hauteur du tarif facturé . Pour votre info, pas de pinces à linge (il y a du vent sur Tenerife....), pas de cuvette, pas d'essoreuse à salade. Merci d'avance pour un remboursement rapide de la caution.
