"First time here in Puerto Montt and I was anxious about where to stay. Once I saw there was a Courtyard by Marriott, I was relieved. It’s a nice property and my room overlooks the town with a view of the Pacific Ocean. It is clean and to be honest one of the nicest Courtyards I have visited. After a rather stressful series of business meetings in Santiago, this has been perfect."

The bathroom light fixture has multiple dead flies inside. The shower has an used soap from previous people. The ad with hot top was a small container of muddy water. Hotel.com should remove this property from the website."
