“Pros: Check in & check out was easy. The apartment is right on a bus route to the National Mall/Smithsonian Museums, a 15 minute walk to the metro, 10 minute walk to a supermarket, and it's practically nextdoor to a restaurant. The location felt safe. The price was good. The kitchen came equipped with essentials. The on-site laundry wasn't overpriced (pro tip: bring quarters for laundry, it's coin-op.) The host provided linens, towels, and toiletries (and the towels were super soft & fluffy!)……

“Sometimes not enough hot water to shower. Sometimes not enough watwr to flush the toilet. Never could connect to wifi and no one showed up to help. The service, which you pay an extra fee for, just says 'will notify the handyman,'. Not worth the money.”

When I got there, plenty of parking within property.Never could get a shower, water good for maybe a minute then turn cold. Slept in bed once in 2 weeks. Plastic cover on mattress with sheet on top. Noisy and hot.This is an apartment complex, slamming doors a constant till 3 am. Very Nasty tenant.”
