“I rented the room for 3 days. I left after the first night.The night manager was so rude. And had absolutely no compassion. He was going to charge me $15.A night just to visit with my friends from out of town that I had rented the room for.”

“the couch was covered with stains & looked as if they found it on the side of the road. I asked for another room and the front door had somthing pudding like smeared down the front door. Does not look anything like the pictures. Then they charged me for 2 rooms. Trying to get my money back. Howard Johnson said I had to call Expedia since that is who I booked thru. Expedia cannot reach anyone via phone and email. Still awaiting refund.Been 3 weeks since request and have not heard anything back……
