“The location and views are incredible. Hosts were responsive to messages. The kitchen had pots and pans aplenty for cooking and two fridges. A bear came on the deck to investigate while we were letting the grill cool off after cooking before cleaning. We loved the game room. There were a few minor housekeeping issues. Found hot wheel toys left under the kitchen table, some towels were quite worn, the pool was not very clean and hot tub water smelled stale and old water. Overall we enjoyed our……

“We had 16 adults and 3 children. The size was great - we weren’t on top of each other. The view was fabulous. The kitchen is lacking for cooking for a large group. Managers response was prompt and friendly.”

“Location was perfect and cabin was exactly as pictured. When we arrived the grass was pretty high. They were able to send someone the next day but they only cut around the fire pit, not including the grill. Some of the linens may need to be replaced as there were stains on the sheets and comforters. The paint on the deck is peeling pretty bad and would stick to your feet. When cooking, the microwave above stove didn't work so we were not able to use the exhaust fan when cooking. Also trash was……

“We stayed at this lodge during a motorcycle trip with a group of 20 riders, and it was a great experience. Everyone had their own room and private bathroom, which made the stay comfortable and convenient for a large group. After a full day of riding, the spa and hot tub were the perfect way to relax and unwind. There was also plenty of parking for our trucks, trailers, and motorcycles, which made logistics easy. The property was well-suited for a motorcycle group, and we would definitely……

“Let me start with the PROs of the home - it has plenty of room for a large family! It is close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge while also being right on the water and the town of Newport is close (20 minutes) for groceries, pharmacy, hospital etc. The kids loved swimming and playing in the water! And the house is in a small cove so we were able to use our paddle boards!  The view from the deck is great! We saw a black bear swimming in the cove, and eagle catching fish and pretty sunsets.Now for……

“The view was spectacular! Mama Bear and three cubs entertained our last two evenings at the house. It was some getting used to the mountain travel from us "midwest flatlanders" but absolutely everything else was perfect about the stay. Our grandkids spent many hours at the pool table perfecting their game.”

“Great property and great host. House layout is perfect for a large group and plenty of activities to keep everyone with something to do. Kitchen was well stocked for serving and cooking. Hot tubs were clean and working well, pool was large and heating well.Very large community with similar homes, easy to get to and plentiful flat parking. 1 star removed due to some maintenance issues, and furniture inconsistency.
