The hosts, Katy and Olivier, were both working in England for many years at a high quality and popular hotel in the Yorkshire Dales. “Very good location, all staff are helpful and friendly. Room is clean and nice . I left a handbag on the chair in the bar, they help me to keep the bag and try to return to me. Th e car park is not in the hotel , you have to park the car in their parking lot, and call them come to take yr luggage and you walk 2 mins to the hotel.”

“Great property! We arrived very late and the hotel manager/staff was more than accommodating to get us from our uber to the hotel. Breakfast in the morning is a bit light but traditional. We had one issue where I showered the first day and was caught in the shower with both an empty large bottle of shampoo and body wash. My husband went to housekeeping and was able to recover it but inconvenient to wait that long and easily avoidable. All minor in the scheme of things. We would recommend this……

“全てが素晴らしいホテルでした。チェックインの時の女性のスタッフの対応はとても親切でした。インテリアも可愛らしく、清潔な部屋でした。
しかし、マイナス点が少し有ります。
・二階建てで、エレベーターがない。
・部屋が狭くて２つのスーツケースを広げにくい。
・洗面台の排水が少し良くない。
・湯沸かしポットが部屋にない。
・枕元にコンセントがないので、寝る時、スマホを手元に置いて充電できない。
しかし、それらの欠点が有っても、非常に心地よくすごせました。世界遺産までとても近くて素晴らしい立地です。
朝食のスクランブルエッグは最高に美味しかったです。”
