「Time of year October 20th - a bit of raining season. Hotel was very comfortable, location to most things within the island as well as airport. Staff was very helpful. Only negative situation was that we had no hot water in our sink or shower on our second morning. Was to be fixed during the day, ultimately it was not. Early evening after telling front desk that hot water still did not exist, it was fixed. It is possible that I am expecting HOT WATER as an American tourist, but the island might...

「We arrived early and the staff was very helpful. Though our room was not ready, they stored our luggage and allowed us to use the pool and fitness center until the room was ready. It was ready before noon, and we were given access then, even though it was still hours before their normal checkin time.」
