「We stayed in Panoramic hotel Plaza for 5 nights.This was a poor choice. Although the location is good which is close to shopping centre but the service and food in hotel were terrible. We have booked two junior suite with one room with two separate beds, they couldnt offer us but ask one of our guest to sleep on soffa bed instead. They have ignored our request in booking. They offer us to stay in 6/F junior suite but it was dark and old. Luckily we stay in junior suites in the top floors so they...

「We 2 people have a triple room which is very big, with a good AC and nice and clean bathroom(with bathtub). My personal favorite is the big window face the castle. Have cool air inside with all natural surrounding a step out of the window! Breakfast is good too. I enjoy stay at Beatrix Este and the room, hotel facility and service are highly recommended. 」

Buone la SPA e la bella piscina, in parte coperta, dove è possibile fruire di lettini o tavoli. Degni di nota, la professionalità e disponibilità del personale e la qualità eccellente delle pietanze servite nel ristorante. Consigliato. 」
