“The condo was clean but smelled of disinfectant. The smell was so unpleasant that I had to keep the window open all the time. Although the window stayed open for the entire time, the smell remained. As soon as I stepped into this condo, I called the BEE management and asked for a different condo, but the person in charge claimed this could not be provided and refused to reimburse me. Since the rate was not refundable, I had to spend two nights in this condo. There were many problems: 1) The……

“Staff was very friendly, the facility was very nice, and very clean. They could use some sort of air freshener for the rooms but other than that no issues. Not that there was unpleasant smell but just a bit stale. Nonetheless, I would definitely stay here again.”
