“Nice place. Quiet, clean, nice view. Only 2 suggestions - both first world problems so not deal-breakers. The outside chairs are just plain stupid. Avant-garde and absolutely useless but I just carried a kitchen chair out. Coffeemaker also avant-garde and rather impractical, but usable.”

“Cute town of Prineville, clean space and friendly people. Check out grocery outlet and Ranchero restaurant if you are in town . Clean room. Looked like pictures advertised on Expedia . A/c works great . Ample of parking . Nice hot shower . Keyless entry. Ice , doggy bag, breakfast grab and go . Very good amenities at a friendly rate . An hour of scenic drive to painted hills and 30 minutes to steelhead falls trail . Highly recommend!”

“Dog feces right in front of the entry to the room. It was a fake grass area where people let their pets go, and it hadn't been cleaned in months. Stunk like urine. The bed was the worst bed I've ever slept in. Stains on the pillows, and all the towels. I didn't dare check the mattress. No smoke detector. Lamp cord was repaired with masking tape. Everything inside was beat up and looked 40 years old. Air conditioner rattled and made annoying noises all night.”

“The location was good, although it was tricky to get in and out of the parking lot. The carpet had large spots/stains and the tile floors were dirty...could tell by my socks! The bed was 3' high not the normal 2'. Hurt my hip/back trying to get into it. Asked house keeping for a stool and she was very helpful to bring one. Air conditioning/heater worked well. Otherwise large room, kitchenette, full bathroom plus another sink/mirror outside bathroom. They were short housekeeping staff, not……

“Easy fast check in, property and room was very clean plenty of parking it’s my sencond time staying there for a festival. Staff is very friendly and resourceful”

“Spacious rooms, lots of greenery, walking paths, lots of help available. Cons: no one available at desk overnight so guests could not get hold of front desk staff, get golf carts etc to front office with their luggage and thus missed their shuttle to airport. Also pillows were very thick and it became uncomfortable to sleep on them”
