「Dreta is situated on a quiet street in the upper Halepa area 3 km from Chaniá downtown. But there’s Lidl a two minute walk away. 😀 And the city busses leave from just up the road. 「La villa si trova in aperta campagna ed è un angolo di paradiso. Tutto era molto curato, la pulizia era perfetta ed abbiamo trovato qualunque cosa fosse necessaria in un appartamento. Infine abbiamo molto apprezzato la gentilezza del nostro host e gli omaggi al nostro arrivo (frutta fresca, olio, vino, miele, dolci, raki). 「Really beautiful apartment in a really convenient location in Chania. One street away from the main bus stop, and 3 minute walk from the main tourist area of Chania. The traffic outside was quite loud all the time as it is directly above a busy intersection but if the windows are closed it is not too bad. The room itself was really well designed - you can tell the host has tried to design it in Crete style while also allowing for modern technology such as air con, washing machine, and balcony....

"The hotel had a 80s decor and vibe, but the not-so-modern outlook is totally, if not over compensated, by the impeccable service, cleanliness, view at the breakfast restaurant, quality of food, and the ample size of the swimming pools which provide more than enough room for everybody to enjoy. We have had an amazing time there! I paid extra for a side sea view room because the picture looks like a frontal sea view, but it wasn’t, and I probably would not have chosen the same room type next time. "
