“Paid Too Much to Feel So Unwelcome We stayed for three nights as a family of four during our summer holiday, with children aged 2 and 11. We received a warm welcome from a friendly receptionist, and our spacious room with a beautiful view was one of the highlights. “Lovely hotel for our week long stay exploring the area. Staff were friendly, welcoming and informative. We made great use of the Sud Tirol Pass that allowed free travel on cable cars (also on buses and trains but we had a car). Breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of homemade items and local apple juice. The homemade ice cream was sampled a lot. Local beers and wines in the bar - everything felt as if it was zero food miles, which we love. The pool and garden are immaculate. We can’t wait to……

“There were three people of us and we stayed at Ideal Park for one week. The double room was great but the single room is rather too small. The free Wifi connection is a plus with great variety of breakfast and dinner that us to change the menu everyday. Receptionists were all very friendly and helpful. There was a supermarket and nice icrecream shop nearby. Direct bus to the city of Bolzano was also convenient, Overall, we liked the hotel and would definitely choose to come back next time.”
