Beautiful Villa

The photos do not do this villa justice! Absolutely stunning. Everything you could need and perfect location. The pool is well maintained and regularly cleaned. Several different seating areas and a lovely balcony. Despite the heat, the villa remains cool and the A/C is very powerful. We have holidayed in Moraira for almost 20 years and this is one of the best places we have stayed! The communication with Laura was exceptional and we were personally greeted on arrival and in contact throughout our stay. We can’t wait to return!

Modern Villa set in a quiet location yet just a short walk into town. Well equipped and spacious. The Owners were very helpful and welcoming we did not experience any problems, but they were just a phone call away and checked everything was Ok several times. Highly Recommended.

Wonderful villa in a beautiful environment

We arrived early in the morning. Laura and Fernando gave us the opportunity to collect the key to the villa already at 12:00. They gave us a warm welcome and showed us the wonderful villa. Everything as we expected and even more. Laura and Fernando, thanks for having us. Pretty sure we’ll come back visiting your lovely place.

Beautiful Moraira

My husband and I stayed here with our dog Lola. Laura was very welcoming and the villa was stunning. Everything a couple of family would need. Particulary strong was Laura’s communication before and during the stay. Having experienced a few VRBO properties now managed by businesses and not individuals this is something I would actively filter for in the future. A much better experience. Pet friendly also doesn’t always mean that on all properties, but this villa was totally secure and Lola loved her stay too.

Charming villa in an excellent location

As a family of 6 adults, we recently stayed in this charming villa in walking distance of the centre of Moraira. The villa is very well appointed and all of its facilities are of an excellent standard. We have holidayed in Moraira several times and the whole family agreed this is the best villa we have had the privilege of staying in. The pool is well maintained and was cleaned several times during our stay. Despite its close proximity to the centre of Moraira, it was very peaceful and relaxing to spend time by the pool and the villas’s various external sitting areas. It is only a 10 to 15 min walk into Moraira where there is an excellent range of restaurants and bars as well as a lovely beach.. Communication with the owner, Laura was always excellent from the initial booking enquiry to departure. I would definitely recommend this villa and hope to return in the future.

A wonderful home from home

Just what we needed... a well equipped house that allowed us to relax completely. The pool area was a wonderful sunny place to sit all day, with shady corners in the gardens when it was too hot. The kitchen had everything we needed, and it was great to have a sink by the bbq. Beds were very comfortable and loved the quiet fans. The house is in a quiet residential area, 15 minutes walk from the centre of Moraira and well placed for all the beaches. Taxis were easily available. Laura and Fernando were excellent hosts.

Wonderful villa 5 mins walk from the centre of Moraira

My wife and I stayed in this villa in September 2024 for 10 nights, what a wonderful villa and a great location! The villa is very 'traditionally Spanish' with whitewashed walls, terracotta roof and lots of curves and arches, however is very modern with aircond throughout, a modern kitchen and satellite TV. The bedrooms are all comfortable with plenty of storage space and each one has an aircond unit. The property has a washing machine so no hand washing swimming cossies in the sink, and a dishwasher if you decide to stay in one evening! Outside there are a number of patio areas, plenty of space around the immaculately clean pool to sunbathe and a covered BBQ with its own patio area. Additionally there are a couple of small roof terraces and parking spaces for a couple of cars. The property is located half way up a small side street off a road that runs through the middle of the urbanisation, it's a quiet residential street with it's own off-road parking. It's a 5 to 10 min walk into the centre of town which has plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from as well as a beautiful sandy beach. A special mention to our host Laura who was great at communicating with us before and during our stay, providing all of the info we needed to find the property. Laura and her husband met us at the property upon our arrival and gave us a tour explaining how to use the TV, aircon. Overall one of the best villa's we've stayed at and one I would certainly return to in a heartbeat!

Great Location

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful 10 night stay at this villa. We had an early morning flight and Laura and Fernando very kindly agreed an early Check-in for us. They both met us on arrival to greet us with cold drinks, us and show us around the property. I had arranged the trip for my husbands 50th and they even bought him a birthday cake which was a lovely surprise. The villa is very well equipped and lovely and clean. The pool is great but there isn’t really a shallow end as such so if you have non swimmers armbands are a must. The water was very warm. The beach and town is a 10 min walk away so everything is easily accessible, and taxis back are approx €7 if you need one. The photos don’t really do the villa justice, it’s so much nicer in person (and we thought the photos were nice!). I wouldn’t hesitate to return to the villa or recommend to others - excellent all round.

Mala experiencia

A pesar de lo que decían los propietarios, la casa estaba sucia y no se había limpiado probablemente en meses, todo estaba lleno de polvo, pelos y pelos de animales. La cocina con la pared llena de grasa. No puede ser que por el precio que piden la casa esté en estas condiciones. Las zonas exteriores no se podían utilizar por suciedad y por estar claramente en desuso desde hace años. Lo mejor la piscina. Además, nos dijeron que acababa de salir una familia, por tanto si no limpiaron no cumplieron los protocolos en mitad de una pandemia. Nada recomendable.

Mooie locatie, aangenaam verblijf

Het huis beantwoordt perfect aan de omschrijving. We werden zeer goed ontvangen door de eigenaars. Zeer goed gelegen vlak bij dorp en strand. (Wandelafstand) Alles is aanwezig om er een erg aangename vakantie met je gezin door te breingen. Het mooie zwembad is een extra troef.

Casa Tranquila. Lovely villa close to amenities

We had a great fortnight at this lovely villa. Location was ideal for us only being a 10 minute walk to the beach and the bars and restaurants of Moraira town. It was also very close to what became our favourite restaurant Ca Pepe. Laura and family greeted us on arrival spending time showing us all the villa’s amenities and making us feel very welcome. It is very well equipped and had everything we needed to make our stay so enjoyable. The pool is a good size and there are plenty of seating areas around the pool and BBQ area. We would recommend this villa.

Perfect Location in Beautiful Moraira!

We had a fabulous time at this beautiful villa in Moraira. The villa is in the perfect location only 10 minutes walk to the beach and the wonderful town. It is well equipped and felt very much like a home rather than a rental property. The pool is a great size and bigger than it looks in the photos. We had an issue with the builder next door doing some building work which he shouldn't have been doing during time we were there but Laura and Fernando were so helpful in stopping the works so we had a peaceful time. Laura and Fernando were perfect hosts, they answered all my questions and it was lovely that they were there to meet us when we arrived to show us around personally. We really didn't want to go home and will definitely be back if they let us! I couldn't recommend this villa highly enough in my new favourite place Moraira!

Great holiday in a lovely villa

The owners were great to deal with and responded to our enquiries very quickly. The villa had everything we needed and more. The villa is situated close to the beach and plenty of restaurants All within walking distance. This is our 3rd visit to Moraira and we certainly plan to go back and would not hesitate to book this villa again. Lovely owners and lovely villa. Een prachtig huis in een rustige wijk in een heel fijn gebied!

Stel je toch eens voor. Na twee lange dagen autorijden draai je een oprit van natuursteen op. Een groot hek opent zich en de bougainville klimplanten stralen je tegemoet. De felle rode, rozerode en roze bloemen blijken een witte authentieke villa met een grote naya te omarmen. Loop je de twee treetjes richting de voordeur op, dan blijkt het zwembad dat je van de foto's kent, nog mooier in het echt! En daar rechts, tussen de stammen van de palmbomen... zie je daar de zee? Ja! Logeren in dit prachtige huis voelt als echt wonen in Moraira. Het echte Spaanse leven begint hier! De vele zitjes in de tuin, de buitenkeuken, de buitendouche en het reeds geprezen zwembad zijn geweldig, net als het dakterras, maar ook binnen is het goed toeven. De huiskamer is lekker intiem, met banken en een stoel waar je in kunt wegkruipen, en zeker wanneer de open haard brandt en je een boek en een wijntje binnen handbereik hebt, hoef je niets anders te doen dan gelukkig te zijn. De badkamers zijn prachtig, de keuken is goed geoutilleerd, er staat een wasmachine die zuinig is op je kleding en de slaapkamers zijn leuk ingericht. Sowieso hebben de eigenaren van dit huis een goede smaak, wij verbleven vijf weken (in oktober en november) in dit prachtige huis en voelden ons er helemaal thuis. Moraira is een leuk stadje, en vanuit dit huis loop je in minder dan tien minuten naar het centrum, dan pal aan de zee ligt. Veel van de restaurants hebben klasse, maar er is ook een snelle hap te verkrijgen. Het is leuk om in de wat betere winkels naar een mooie blouse of een nieuwe bikini te snuffelen, op de terugweg kun je nog even fijn het supermarktje in voor een flesje of wat lekkers voor thuis. De plaatsen Javea, Calpe en Denia liggen allemaal op een klein ritje, samen hebben ze tientallen stranden die allemaal een hele eigen sfeer hebben. Ook de pittoreske Jalon vallei ligt op minder dan 25 minuten rijden. Al deze plaatsen en plekken hebben ieder hun eigen marktjes en rastro's, en we hebben nog nooit zulke lekkere druiven gegeten dan die van een verkoper op de markt in Jalon. Valencia ligt op vijf kwartier rijden en dat is echt een stad die je gezien moet hebben. Verder zijn er veel wandelpaden en fietspaden in de omgeving, er zijn tal van watersporten te beoefenen en diverse musea te bezoeken. En wat het allerleukste is: na een dagje uit is het altijd weer heerlijk om in deze villa 'thuis' te komen. + op loopafstand van het stadje en de zee + mooier dan op de foto

A beautiful and ideally located villa

We have just spent a fabulous fortnight at the Villa. We wanted to be walking distance from Moraira but with the option to escape and have some peace and quiet and Laura & Ferdinando's Villa fit the bill perfectly. The pool area is beautiful and very well equipped with two different shaded dining areas and plenty of sun loungers. The pool is a good size, well maintained and is surrounded by palm trees, plus it is at a higher level than other properties so not overlooked at all. In fact we felt like we had absolute privacy. The villa is well equipped, smart and comfortable, with lots of outside space and stunning views from the upper balcony. Laura & Ferdinando were so helpful and the communication was great throughout the process. Thoroughly recommend.
