「The big issue was the listing, which said it could sleep 4 and that it had 2 bedrooms. It cannot and does not. It had one bedroom with one bed, and a 2nd room with chairs in it. Upon complaint, the owner acknowledged the error, informed us that there were air mattresses in the closet, and refunded us one night's stay. It was labor day and there was nowhere else to go, so we made do. The listing has been corrected now, and I can say that otherwise it's a nice place, fully equipped (although...

「We stayed here for 5 weeks. I had no idea when I booked it how amazing it would be. My kids say it was the best summer ever. The cottage is so cute. The location is amazing and all the amenities are amazing. They cottage community has so many activities going all the time, the beach and lake are so fun with a dock you can swim to, there is a restaurant on the weekends, riding the gold cart around, the swimming pool… I can’t say enough good about this place! 「Comfortable place to stay on the water overlooking Boston Harbor and downtown. Sunsets are amazing behind the tall buildings of downtown. Trails close by for walking and sightseeing. Nice kitchen and bathrooms. We had trouble with getting any of the TV's to work and there was an annoying flood light shining on the back deck from the neighbors house all day and night. Other than those two things it was nice to have a house on the water with a fantastic view. 」

"I haven't used anything since checking in. The bathtub is clogged and infested with mosquitoes. The windowsills and tables in the room are dusty, as if no one has stayed and hasn't cleaned them in ages. The refrigerator also doesn't work. After reporting the situation, we were told we would get a full refund. However, a month has passed and I haven't received one. I contacted the hotel, and they said they'd already processed the refund and told me to check with my bank. I went to the bank and asked the manager to check, but they also said there was no refund. I think this hotel is deceptive. If I had a five-star review, I wouldn't give it a single star. It's terrible. If there was a complaint number, I would definitely file a complaint with this hotel, not just the Hilton. It's worse than an average hotel. It's ridiculous."
