“Giving this unit 5 stars mostly for location and convenience! In the middle of Newbury street walking all around Boston was a breeze as was finding nearby bars, restaurants and shopping. Be prepared for noise (we didn’t mind), but when you choose to stay on a busy street it’s unavoidable!”

“The location is impossible to improve on. 3.5 blocks to TD Garden, the grocery store, and the metro. Several restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Our only downer was missing out on our last day of sightseeing due to inclement weather. The house was totally updated with excellent heating and appliances but the second floor tub/shower is awkward getting into and out of, especially for elderly. We used it to avoid the additional stairs to the master suite, but some handholds would……

“A great location, convenient to all the places we needed to go! It was a little tight for 3 adults but we made it work since we weren't there but to sleep. The shower was hot and the A/C kept it cool and drowned out the street noise. They could use a luggage rack in the closet as all our stuff was laid out on the floor or table. Also, replace all the cheap broken hooks with something more sturdy so we can hang towels. Would stay again if we went back to Boston.”

“My stay here was great. I was so surprised when I got into the room and saw that it was more spacious than I had thought it would be, especially for the low price. The bathroom was small, but it was private and all that I needed. The little kitchen area was great. There was even a hot plate that I could have used if I wanted. I've never seen that in any place I've stayed . I just lived it here.”

"I haven't used anything since checking in. The bathtub is clogged and infested with mosquitoes. The windowsills and tables in the room are dusty, as if no one has stayed and hasn't cleaned them in ages. The refrigerator also doesn't work. After reporting the situation, we were told we would get a full refund. However, a month has passed and I haven't received one. I contacted the hotel, and they said they'd already processed the refund and told me to check with my bank. I went to the bank and asked the manager to check, but they also said there was no refund. I think this hotel is deceptive. If I had a five-star review, I wouldn't give it a single star. It's terrible. If there was a complaint number, I would definitely file a complaint with this hotel, not just the Hilton. It's worse than an average hotel. It's ridiculous."
